Rand Water – G37 Bulk Water Pipeline

Location: Ekurhuleni, Gauteng

Construction of major bulk water pipelines forming part of Rand Water’s strategic supply network. The project involved earthworks, pipe laying, pipe jacking, testing, and reinstatement across multiple pipeline sections.

Key Project Details:

  • 3.895 km pipeline – 1220 mm OD
  • 5.980 km pipeline – 916 mm OD
  • 586 m pipeline – 816 mm OD
  • Route from Pretoria Road & Shamrock Road to Northridge and Airfield

Rand Water – G37 Bulk Water Pipeline

Rand Water – F46 Bulk Water Pipeline

Location: Gauteng

Construction of a large-diameter steel bulk water pipeline between Whiteridge Waterval and the Weltevreden Reservoir. The works included trenching, pipe installation, specialist pipe jacking, testing, and final reinstatement.

Key Project Details:

  • Total length: 8.15 km
  • Internal diameter: 1042.4 mm
  • Wall thickness: 12 mm (steel)

Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality – Water & Sanitation Infrastructure

Location: Eastern Cape

Delivery of labour-intensive municipal water and sanitation infrastructure, supporting service delivery while promoting local employment and skills development.

Scope of Works Included:

  • Trench excavation, pipe laying, and backfilling
  • Installation of water and sewer pipelines
  • Water meter installations
  • Leak detection and repair works
  • Construction of manholes of various sizes

Eastern Cape – Road Construction & Rehabilitation

Location: Eastern Cape

Construction and rehabilitation of road infrastructure to improve accessibility, mobility, and safety. Works were executed in accordance with provincial road authority standards.

Scope of Works Included:

  • Bulk earthworks and roadbed preparation
  • Subgrade improvement and pavement layers
  • Drainage structures and kerbing
  • Surfacing or gravel finishing
  • Traffic accommodation and reinstatement
