Construction and Commissioning of Forensic and Pathology Services at Helen Joseph Hospital

Development of specialised forensic and pathology facilities requiring strict compliance with healthcare infrastructure standards. Scope included structural works, laboratory installations, mechanical and electrical integration, plumbing systems, and full commissioning of services to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Demolition of HM Pitje Stadium

Execution of systematic demolition works within a dense urban environment. The project involved structural dismantling, debris management, safety compliance, and reinstatement of the site in accordance with municipal regulations.

Revamping of Dr George Mukhari Hospital

Comprehensive refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades within an operational hospital environment. Works included structural improvements, building services upgrades, electrical and plumbing replacements, and phased construction to minimize disruption to healthcare services.

Construction of Rea Vaya BRT Station Rissik and Harrison Street

Construction of a key Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station incorporating reinforced concrete structures, electrical installations, plumbing services, and commuter facilities. The project required coordination within a high-traffic urban precinct and strict adherence to transport infrastructure standards.
